Monthly Meetings

The General Membership Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month (except December) at 7 PM. All members, guests and visitors are welcome to attend. At each meeting we spend a little time up front discussing club business followed by the program.
Our General Membership meetings are held monthly at Panera Bread located at 3120 New Center Point in Colorado Springs. This is on the north east corner of N. Powers Blvd and South Carefree Circle.

Board Meetings

PPRAA Board Meetings are held at 7 PM on the Monday before the General Membership Meeting. The location is the "Village Inn" located on Powers Blvd across the street from the Panera Bread above.

MegaFest Planning Meetings

MegaFest Planning Meetings are held at noon on the second Saturday of each month. The location is the "Stetson Hills Police Department" located at 4110 Tutt Blvd for every month.

On the Air

The PPRAA Net meets every Thursday at 1900 hrs local time on 28.390MHz. It's an informal rag chew and radio adjusting forum. We start out on 10 meter SSB, 28.390 Mhz then later switch to AM mode then FM mode and perhaps other modes if able. If Techs check in on SSB then we will come back to SSB after each mode change so the Techs can listen to AM/FM and report what they heard. It's a good opportunity to learn how to adjust your rig for other modes besides SSB. Immediately after the 10m net we will switch to 2m AM, 145.550MHz. Doc, W0MCT will normally be the net control.
